Hello, I have just taken the plunge and booked a Discovery Weekend, the June break at the Peterborough Marriott. Would like to hear from anyone who is going to be attending this weekend and for any comments from people who have attended such weekends. Am nervous, but also excited. Am anticipating this weekend will go well so that I can book a trip early September. Any advice, suggestions, etc. most welcome! :)[/size][/font]

I did a discovery weekend to Swindon back in November and I`m really pleased I did it - you definitely won`t regret it. Today I`m off to sunny Spain (Treasures of Andalucia) , still a little nervous but, as you say, also excited. Another lady on the Swindon weekend is also on this holiday. Go and enjoy yourself, also watch the interview with "the Lovely Leslie" - we are all in the same boat. Let us know how you get on.

Thanks for your response. Good to know at least one name before going on this weekend. Am hoping this weekend will give me the necessary courage to book my first proper JY holiday, in September.
