I think we may ha've spoken on here before about this trip?? Anyway I have booked and am really looking forward to it. I did my first JY holiday last year, met some really nice people and had a great time.

I dithered for ages before finally booking my first trip but I'm glad others on here persuaded me to go for it. I hope you make the same decision and I look forward to meeting you at Heathrow on the day!

Well done for taking the plunge and booking! Having just got my documents through it seems we're flying from T5, which does have an auto check in. However they will also check you in when you hand over your luggage at the desk so don't worry about it (last time I was in T5 I forgot to use the check in machines so I know this from personal experience!). Based on my first JY trip, yes you are correct - there was a rep standing near the check in area. He was holding a blue JY board so you can't miss him!!
