You can ask for tips, info etc. from anyone on this part of the forum because we are all single travellers - not staff - so usually there is someone who knows something about where you would like to go.

Just to wish everyone a happy Christmas. It is my first year and I am going to Kenya on 6th June next year and am nervous as I know a lot of people are first time around. Just wondered if anyone has booked this holiday yet, I cant be the only one and would love to hear from someone and get to know at least a name before then. I know someone was felt as I did and went in November (I think) and was wondering how they got on. Let me know if the nerves went by the time you got to the airport.

PS I am going to go by special car and if someone was going from this area I would be glad to share the car with them. Good for the butterflies that I am sure I will be feeling by then!

I am off to Kenya next June 6th and would love to hear from anyone who has booked that date. Just to have someone to talk to would be good , as at least I would have a name to look out for. Someone who felt as I do now went in November, I think and was wondering if they got over their nerves as soon as they met up with others at the airport. I am going by special car from Southampton and if someone else has booked that trip and is going from around here, I would willing share the car and get to know someone on the way.
