Go for it, you won't be disappointed. I'm booked on the same trip but in August have done a few trips with JY and always be happy with everything. Its easy, safe and you have a good time too!!

I'm sure once I book one and enjoy it I'll go again, however like many people who write on here I'm wondering if I'll fit in age-wise (I'm 44). I'm sure the majority of people are friendly but by the same token it's always nice to have at least a few in your group who are in the same age range. Hope that doesn't sound ageist, I don't mean it to be!

Hi Michael,

Understand what you mean, but honestly its always a mixed crowd, women tend to out number the men, but age wise its anything from 30s thru to 70s and sometimes beyond. But I've always found that people tend to get on great and age isn't an issue.

I too have now fully paid up! I've also wanted to visit Austria/Switzerland so now that I've plucked up the courage to book I'm looking forward to it.

The editor's the one to ask but it seems the only thing you can add to your public profile on here is your date of birth. The best way to find people with similiar interests on here is to just ask I think!

Have you done many trips with JY? Reading the various posts it seems the number of 30s and 40s are growing on here which is encouraging, however no matter what the age group on a trip I guess the fact everyone else has chosen the same holiday as you means the entire group has at least one thing in common.

Thank you for your good wishes. I'm getting packed, indeed my suitcase is on the rug and I keep throwing things in it!

Checked the weather yesterday for Faldkirch (sp?) and its high 70's and sunny.. Yipee!!

I've also googled the places we will visit and it looks breathtaking, guess I won't be speaking for a week I'll be that awe struck!.
