Had a wonderful time. Super accommodation and meals. Everyone was very friendly and got on well. We were split up into two groups, which was a bit disappointing. The excursions to the Valley of the Kings, tombs and temples, were excellent and Ahmed, our guide, was very knowledgeable and made the history come alive.

There is no need at all to worry about travelling on your own - because you are not!

Hello to Freda and David, whose messages I still cannot find!

Sorry I have not commented on your message. You will have a great time on the Nile cruise. Everyone is very friendly and you won't feel that you are on your own. The accommodation is superb, very clean and no motion when the ship is moving, the food excellent and the staff very attentive. The tours of the temples are accompanied by an experienced egyptologist. It was very hot and humid in September so the tours were done early in the morning. You will enjoy the whole experience. Just be firm with the traders who are a pain. If you can buy anything, the silver is good. Egyptian, English and dollars are accepted. I think that it is better to have plenty of Egyptian pounds but any currency is acceptable. Winnie

I tried to email you but I think the email address we have for you must be out of date as my message was bounced back.

I have passed your comments on.
