Hey all, I have booked this trip, first trip by myself and a little apprehensive, would be good to contact a few others before departure. I am flying from Heathrow. Been reading up on places to see as well as the obvious main attractions, should be a great holiday

Im on this trip, looking forward to it now not long to go. Just a question does everybody know that you have to apply online for an ESTA (ELECTRONIC SYSTEM FOR TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION) without this you wont be able to travel. I phoned travelsphere and they gave me the address of a site to use:

https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov

This needs to be done at least 72 hours before you travel and is valid for two years. Only found out myself by chance.

Yes got my visa done as soon as I booked, dead easy online and only takes a couple of minutes and you get back an approval straight away
