Apologies for the delay. Whether we can give customers an individual booking reference so they can check-in depends on the airline. Sometimes the airline will provide individual reference numbers, which we will then include in the customer's paperwork so they can check-in.
Otherwise, the airline will do a group booking which means early check-in online is not possible.
If you do have a seat preference, we can put a request in to the airline, but we can't guarantee this will be possible.
