Apologies for the delay. Whether we can give customers an individual booking reference so they can check-in depends on the airline. Sometimes the airline will provide individual reference numbers, which we will then include in the customer's paperwork so they can check-in.
Otherwise, the airline will do a group booking which means early check-in online is not possible.
If you do have a seat preference, we can put a request in to the airline, but we can't guarantee this will be possible.

It’s even more annoying when you have paid to upgrade to find that you are still part of the block booking and still can’t select your seat or check in online as happens with BA. The block booking also prevents you for upgrading BA flights at the airport.

I was able to upgrade BA flights to Bucharest and return at the airports whilst being a block booking.
I hold a BA executive club card, which might have made it easier?

I just said that contrary to most posts, I was pleased to only receive the Europe brochure. As an older traveller, I don't want long haul holidays, therefore the Worldwide brochure would have gone straight in the bin, wasting paper.
I could do with some new trips from my local airport Gatwick, I have almost exhausted them all over the years.

Nothing booked as yet. Thinking about doing New Zealand. Wont be long before you are in much warmer climes.

Am I the only Forum member who is feeling overlooked and ignored?I am still awaiting a reply to my post of 3rd January (which I had already posted over Xmas) about the Abu Dhabi trip on the Dubai 12th February departure. I have not received a response to my request for a lower floor room either.I queried why I had not received the Worldwide brochure and have not received a response but saw from another post that the office had 'decided' on the basis of previous bookings what brochures to send out to customers. I have replied to this that I do not understand why I have the Europe one when I have done several long haul and my last trip was Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam. No response and no brochure.I think the Forum is a great resource for all travelers but risks losing credibility if it is not resourced enough to answer questions in a timely manner and respond to concerns. I have also noticed that less than favourable reviews are disappearing quickly from the main page.
