Yes, I had to ring and book over the phone to redeem my voucher.

               Thank for your help and getting my voucher sorted out. Could the Wizz kids in tech department configure the on line booking form to allow voucher number to be input. This would cut down number of calls to sales office.

              I booked Imperial Cities of Danube 16/03/19. Booking ref A433664. I received confirmation invoice. Holiday cost £1199 deposit £200 balance £999. So voucher not taken off automatically. I have voucher 10662618 from cruise down Rhine 08/08/18. So do you need to ring up to book too use voucher.
