Still nothing. The booking  reference  i was given isn't  recognised. This happened on a previous booking. When I queried it on the phone, I was told the booking hadn't been properly finalised   Can you pass this problem onto your ITdept please.
Hi SarahS,

I would recommend waiting 24 hours to see if your documents come through and if not, let me know and I will do some digging as to why they haven't come through. Sometimes you have to manually add your booking on to your account if it doesn't show up straight away.

How long does it take for new bookings to show on accounts, and how long for email invoices to be sent?  I thought emailing documents was supposed to be more efficient the the mail!
