I left a ring back request a few days ago and my call was not returned.  The next day there was a message on my machine from JY saying they were returning my call, I had been indoors since I left the message and not received any call from JY [I had received other calls] so this one's a bit of a mystery. It's possible the problem might be at my end  but just spotted this thread so thought I would let you know.

Once again I have tried to use the ring back service but no one has called back. is there an on going  problem, and if so, why is the service still being offered?
