My company's travel department advises against travel to countries that are on the US's sanctions list if I still want to be sure of getting into the US on the Visa Waiver Program [sic] as a US company foreign employee. Cuba is softening as far as the US is concerned (unless the Republicans get in next time who have stated they will go back to the way it was) so I may get the chance to go there at some point.
If you don't work for a US company this doesn't affect you.

THANKS
KEN,
I have had no problems entering the USA with a passport formerly used in Cuba.
Alan
Sylvia is correct I've recently returned from Cuba and the passport wasn't stamped.
Even if it was you would have no problem with America.
Mick
When I went to Cuba last year, the visa was a separate piece of paper so no stamp in the passport. Not sure if this is still the case.
Sylvia
There should be absolutely no issue with you travelling to America, with the entry and exit Visa for Cuba in your passport.
Kindest regards,
Monty
