I agree that the upgrades for Business Class are so expensive and not all airlines have premium economy. I tried to upgrade for the Kerala trip on the outbound flight but the price was ridiculous.

I have now had a response regarding flight upgrade and as I thought only Business Class is available which blows the budget and the extra would pay for another holiday. But it was worth asking the question and I was able to ask about seating too. So thanks very much for your help.

Thanks Jaya. I flew Premium Economy the last time I went to Australia and it was well worth it. My point was that I don't think this is an option with Malaysian Airlines and I can't afford Business or First - the cosy would pay for another holiday!!. So I just want to try and get the most comfortable seat available on the plane.
