If we have to cancel a holiday due to insufficient bookings the team will inform travellers, where possible, by phone.
I was in a meeting recently where your tour was discussed and our team are talking to our suppliers to try and operate this tour on low numbers - nothing has been confirmed yet but they are looking at all avenues to avoid disappointing travellers.

Could you please tell me, if a holiday is cancelled through lack of numbers how are we informed, by letter? by phone? by email?, I've got one waiting for a decision to be made that's looking rather dodgy.
