As I've deputized for both Olly and Ben in the past, I'll be looking after the community for the foreseeable future.
Ben's built up a fantastic relationship with all of our members and we need to make sure that we find someone who can provide as good a service to the community - it's going to be a tough task to fill his shoes!

I have jumped on Ben's trail and can tell you that a request was submitted on the 20th March for your questionnaire to be re-sent.
As you hadn't received this, one of my colleagues put in a call to get an update. We can confirm our request was received and that the questionnaire was re-issued on 25th March. It should be with you any day now.
If you still have not received by mid-next week please let me know.
Ben kindly asked for a questionnaire to be sent to me a week ago and it still hasn't arrived - could someone please follow this up for me?

Thanks for getting in touch; the email offer you refer to, a condition was that you had to book before January 31st 2013; it would of had to have been redeemed against a 2013 holiday,
