Don't worry about the hotel - we take great care in choosing our hotels and we are very keen that they are of a good standard.

I would always take online reviews with a pinch of salt, as you never know who has written them. It might be the manager of a rival hotel across the street!

We do sometimes switch hotels but you'll find that they will all be of a similar standard and in similar locations.

Hi I was thinking of booking Riviera Splendour but went in on the Internet for reviews on Hotel Bergamo and it is near a busy road and train track they all say it is very noisy at night. Any chance the hotel could be changed as in the brochure it states could be similar?
