I've just telephoned 
to pay my balance and add an optional extra (or I'd pay online) and at 11.55 am on Thursday 7th February I get a message saying the office is closed - and no details of when it may reopen!

What's going on please?

Hi Rose,

Apologies for the delay. Did you manage to speak to someone?

We had to temporarily close our Service phone line, but our Sales line was still open.

Yes thanks, I rang again, left a message and had a call back. But BOTH lines had recorded messages saying the office was closed.

Anyway all sorted now and thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
