Thank you very much Hils and Ian. Very helpful. I am new to this photo game but I have been given a load of really super equipment including a full frame Mark 5 which I am reluctant to take because of the weight and because of my own inexperience. I am however comfortable with my 600D for the moment.
Really looking forward to my first JY trip and hope you have a good time in October Ian.

Hi Stella,
Have a wonderful, and safe, trip & do let us know how you get on. Take equipment you are familiar, and comfortable, with so you can concentrate on getting pictures & not how it works.

Many thanks for all your replies. Thank you Hils for your advice about what you saw in Ranthambore. It would be great to see a Tiger ! But also looking forward to seeing other wildlife to.
Also good luck Stella with your visit to Burma. This is one on my list of places to visit too. You are sensible to stick to the camera body you know best for your holiday.
