Looking at the one above; when I went on line the included and optional excursions differ. 

Also details of transport from 1 hotel to the other is not made very clear, how? time taken?

Apologies for the confusion. The itinerary in the brochure is correct, the website is show thing 2018 itinerary which is now sold out - we'll get this updated.

It states in brochure that Dubrovnik is an included excursion.

In our latest Croatia brochure we have changed Dubrovnik to an optional excursion, and Krka National Park is now included, instead of being optional.

This is based on feedback we had from customers who have been on the trip.

The point here is I am looking at your 2018/2019 brochure not a leaflet. To be honest i don't tend to read your leaflets as I rely on the latest brochure.

I am beginning to think I will have to phone up and speak to an advisor before I book any holiday with Just You to check exactly what the holiday includes as you keep changing the content of holidays because of what you call customer feedback. The brochure I have is therefore inaccurate.

You're correct, the new Croatia brochure does have a slightly differnet itinerary from the main 2018/19 brochure, so please accept my apologies for any confusion - I've passed this feedback to the team.

We've informed customers who have booked already that there will be a change and the new itinerary which I've outlined above will be in our new brochure coming out in September and online.

I really wanted to see Dubrovnik and that is what attracted me to this holiday and it is so disappointing you have changed the holiday for the worse. I do not see why I should pay extra to see Dubrovnik so I will not be booking.

Sorry to hear this. We do have Deluxe Dubrovnik and the Dalmation Coast where Dubrovnik is included, which you may like?

We have dates in May, June and Septemvber all with spaces on them at the moment.

Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe,

However in this case for this trip making Dubrovnik at optional excursion, and switching it with another makes perfect sense. I wouldn't want to waste a whole day on a coach, and endure 2 border crossings (through Bosnia) each way to have only 1-2 hours in Dubrovnik, when I could be spending that time more doing something more interesting. I would have asked to remain behind. Now this switch has happened, this holiday has become more appealing, and better value for me as the national park is now included.

If Dubrovnik is the main attraction then there is a Dubrovnik and Dalmatian Coast tour, where you can get to spend much more time there.

I think what Chris says makes sense. Why endure a very long day only to get 1-2 hours in Dubrovnik? I would opt for Dubrovnik and Dalmatian Coast tour to see it and would be very happy if the National Park is included excursion. Croatia is one place I am going to visit once I have had enough of long haul travel or might do one long haul and one short haul in the near future so I can start seeing places I want to see in Europe.

Thank you once again; I did reply but do not appear to have had a response. My other query was in connection with the 2 resorts. How long in each? What transport from one to another? And how long it will take?
