Hi Jules

I booked this holiday a few weeks ago but for some reason it hasn't shown up on my account. Could you please ask your techies to have a look for me.

Also, the website shows 10 spaces available (there were 15 originally). Does this relate to the whole holiday excluding the extension or including or just the extension?

Lastly, on a separate matter I am going to Cuba in October and the only excursion mentioned online is the Hermingway house visit however looking back through posts a few years back they mention other excursions eg a visit to the Tropicana show in Havana. Are these no longer available?

Hope you're keeping cool in this heat.

Sally

Hi Sally,

If you log in to your account and click on the 'your holidays' tab, it should show up. If it still hasn't shown up, please enter your booking reference, departure date and postcode into the form. Hopefully that will work, and if not just let me know and I will contact a member of the team. Alternatively, if you have booked this holiday with a travel agent, it will not show on your JY account.

I can confirm that currently there are 11 spaces available for Mexico, Guatemala and Belize excluding the add-on, for the 8th February 2016. There are currently 6 available spaces for the Playa del Carmen Add-on.

Relating to Cuba - the Ernest Hemmingway excursion is the only optional excursion available to book with us. The other excursions mentioned on the website are only dealt with in resort. If you need any more information on these optional excursions, I am happy to help.

I hope you're looking forward to your travels.

Kindest regards

Monty

Thanks Monty - I've retrieved my Mexico booking. I didn't realise I had to 'find it' to get it to show on the overview screen. Thanks, too for the other bits and pieces, and welcome to the forum. We will endeavour to be gentle with you (for now anyway!).
