Our team do review all feedback and comments that come in to the business whether it be by email, the post-holiday questionnaires, Tour Manager reports or posts here on the community and tweaks are made to holidays where required.

I'd recommend posting something on the Say Hello to Other Travellers message board and see what other travellers say, we have had a couple of departures this year, but no reviews that I can see so anyone on these trips that use the boards may be able to reassure you.
