Please don't apologise, it's no problem at all! Your Tour Manager still hasn't been finalised, everything here is still done with printed contracts which have to be posted, signed and returned and more often than not the Tour Manager is somewhere remote so it can take a little while to get through unfortunately!
You will be allocated someone lovely as they are all fantastic and so knowledgeable, please try asking me again in a week,
