Can you confirm who our Holiday Director for this holiday is and will he/she be meeting us at Heathrow and traveling with us, or will he/she be meeting us in the USA.

Yes it is but looks like they can't tell us unfortunately. I've done 4 just you trips and had 3 different tour managers (had same one twice which was a bonus) all really good. 

Yes not long now hopefully it'll wizz by.
