I wondered if anyone else looking at the Message Board was going on this holiday and wanted to say "hello".

Hi Heather. I'm also going on this trip. Really looking forward to it - the reports from previous participants suggest the journeys are going to be long and tiring but with so much to see. look forward to meeting you, Gwen

Hi there,

I went on this holiday back in 2008 and it was so amazing. Quite the most exciting experience of my life. It was so stunning and no bit of it disappointed! I went same time of the year and the weather was great. Due to altitudes it can chill a little and my most versatile item in suitcase was the thermal vest! Very useful.
