i am travelling to Peru 2nd sep from Heathrow. 

where do I get a JY luggage tag from? 

The airport rep will meet everyone at check in,  while we don't provide a meeting place to gather post check-in, we do suggest that you put one of your JY luggage labels on your hand luggage which makes it easy to spot other Just You solo travellers. Otherwise, if you wanted to arrange a place to meet here on the forum, and connect with other people travelling to Peru before you depart that might be a good option too.

As we will not have someone from JY travelling with us and we do not have access to a lounge - will there be a Rep at the airport (check-in) to give any info, maybe suggest somewhere within Heathrow Departures as a good meeting place for the group etc....

Thanks for your message. This tour has a local Holiday Director who will meat you at the airport on arrival in Peru. With regards to where the best place to meet them, we are just confirming this with our local suppliers and will be in touch as soon as we hear back.
