Hello Dina after All the worry over receiving my travel documents I did finally receive my pack with everything in. Was so happy?....Just You holidays were great and arranged to get my documents to me by the next day of asking.

I haven't received my documents yet.

When I rang Customer Services this morning about another tour I asked about our final documents.

I want them sooner rather than later so that I can be sure my visa is OK but I was told I wouldn't get them until 10 up to 7 days before departure because they have been very busy! understand that with BA situation.

I am travelling out of Heathrow on October 2nd. As yet I have not received any travel documents or e mail and starting to panic. As ten days from now leaving this address and want all my documents to be sent here.

Tried calling Customer Services but can’t get through this morning. How can I sort it out, get the documents in the post.
