After unsuccessfully trying for 4 working days to get a response from customer services (being in a queue waiting for the phone to be answered) and sending an email I just have a small query which I hope you can answer.
I have booked premium with Virgin on the trip. Can I check in online and if so can you give me the booking reference because the reference on your paperwork says VS ALLOC. Or no because it is a group booking. I’m sure others in premium will want to know too.
