I would like to know how many people are booked on this trip and if there are any other single travellers apart from me if this is possible?

Also, I would like to book the Wind Dancer flight from Las Vegas and it says on my documents that this can only be booked on arrival. I just wanted to check if I would need to pay this in cash? Just so that I can make sure I bring enough money with me.
