There is also a laundry in Siem Reap right next door to the hotel too.

I did this trip last year, I took a travel iron with me for the things that I managed to wash by hand. There was a laundry across the road from the hotel we stayed in in Laos were your clothes were collected in the morning and brought back in the afternoon nicely ironed.

Unless it has changed since I was there recently all the hotels have tea and coffee making facilities. As to irons - not something I use on holiday 😃

There are facilities in all hotels, apart from the Angkor Paradise Hotel.
