Thanks.  Was that the same hotel?  I thought JY only changed to this hotel last year.

To be honest, it's not the food I am worried about, having had lots of experience with mass produced food.  Some good, some not great.  😕

Hi Bosuncat,

In terms of feedback, customers have enjoyed the hotel's location as it's next to a lake and they also like the two pools, one of which is a floating pool with amazing views.

They've also enjoyed that food-wise there are a few restaurants to try, including a Brazilian Churrascaria,  a dinner at their Lido restaurant, a pasta day at a sister hotel and a gala dinner, so there's lots of variety!

Thanks,

Vickie

Thanks Vickie.

Other trips are more of a priority at the moment I think, but useful to know this.  Perhaps someone may put a review on next year to convince me more.

Hi

I have recently returned from Lake Como with Just you. The hotel is very dated but it was authentic as far as I was concerned so it didn't bother me too much. My room was a good size and the lake views are stunning. The food was plentiful and varied, mass produced, but in a hotel that size I would not really have expected anything else really. it was a bit of a free for all in the restaurant though, depending on what time you chose to eat. The tour manager (Greta) arranged for us to eat in different locations around the immediate area, like Vickie has said we had themed ev nines around and about all organised for us, we only needed to turn up.  I had a fantastic holiday overall. The excursions were fabulous, particularly the Bernina express, I would not have wanted to miss that for the world. Really pleased I did this tour and although I know food can be a big  consideration I didn't go hungry. Hope this helps

Best regards S

Many thanks.  It's useful to know that there are different choices in eating.  I've only been to Como briefly and really want to do the Bernina Express, so I shall have to see.

Hi Vickie.   :)

I haven't seen any reviews back this year on the Lake Como All Inclusive.  It is one I would love to do , and the itinerary is really nice.

However, looking at reviews on TA, the feedback is not great, particularly relating to the food, and the hotel needing refurbishing.  This is why, I found, (and I know it is a while back since JY used it, I  found the Feefo reviews useful.

What kind of feedback have JY been getting please from the questionnaires?
