In this instance you will not be able to check in online as you are part of the group flights. Our Duty Office will allocate the seating around 4/5 days prior to departure and then you'll be able to check in at the airport.

Hi Vicky - having read some recent threads about people experiencing issues with getting on their flights if they haven't checked in on-line, could you advise what the procedure is for the upcoming trip to Romania from Heathrow on 8 June with BA.  I have been onto the BA website but cannot locate the booking with any of the reference numbers provided to date.
