I was wondering when the the visa's get sorted out for this China trip?

Will Li Hua Drylie also be the Tour Manager for the Hong Kong add-on  following on from the Inspirational China trip departing the UK on October 10th or will it be the TM from the  Japan Revealed tour or someone completely different?

I have just received notification of the  optional excursion to Lantau  Island on the Hong Kong add-on and a Beijing Hutongs/Rickshaw Ride and Xian by Night visit on the main China holiday. I am going to book all 3 but only one can be booked in advance.

I tried booking the Hutongs /Rickshaw and was told cant book it till we are there  same with the Xian by night .

Yes Li Hua Dryllie will be the Tour Manager for the Hong Kong add-on. In terms of the excursions, as there can sometimes be local factors that affect the excursions we find it better to book them when you are in destination so that we can be flexible on any last minute changes should they occur.

I've booked on the China trip, but not the HK add-on as I did that after the Japan holiday a couple of years ago.

Japan was absolutely brilliant, one of my favourite holidays, so I hope that China can live up to it.

Interestingly, those of us who had been to Japan on the whole found HK a bit of a let down, but those who joined the HK tour from China seemed to like it better. We tried hard to socialise with each other to begin with, but eventually settled back into our 'Japan add-on' and 'China add-on' groups.

I'm looking forward to China and meeting everyone, it sounds a brilliant holiday.
