I would like to make a decision on a trip for 2018 but where can I find out about new tours? For example, I have read about Alaska in the forum but cannot find it on the website. Do existing customers receive periodic emails with information on new trips? Why are not all the holidays offered available on the website? This is very frustrating for potential new clients like myself. Also the increasing cost and number of complaints make it rather difficult to book with confidence. Can new clients request a brochure listing all of the trips offered? Grateful for any information to help me decide on my trip. Thank you.
