Thank you for your reply Amy. It's reassuring to hear that the waiting time for flights arriving from different local airports has been reduced. I assume the same timing applies to return flights. I would not want to repeat the experiene from earlier this year when the Group flying to Gatwick spent almost two hours waiting for a check in desk to open, having been dropped off to accommodate an earlier departure to Manchester.
