Please follow these directions that will enable you to retrieve your drafts:

1. Select User CP (top of screen) - this will open a new screen detailing your account summary

2. Click on Miscellaneous (on the bottom left hand side) - this will provide a link to your saved drafts/messages

I started to reply to someone's query but needed to go out of the site to check something so I pressed the "save as a draft" button.   However, when I came back I couldn't find any way of retrieving the draft and in the end had to give up and start all over again.   Where did I go wrong, shouldn't I have pressed the "save" button in the first place and, having done so, is the message I started floating around in the ether only to re-emerge later?
