HI Eric A. I stayed in that hotel a couple of years ago. It's beside the lake with wonderful views. The local buses stop just outside as does a little noddy train and the boat stop for the lake is just across the road so you can get around quite easily and cheaply if you aren't on an inclusive tour. A little tip. The café next door serves a lovely pot of tea in a teapot with extra pot of hot water and jug of milk, nice change from the cup of hot water with tea bag in saucer which we got in the hotel. ENJOY!
