Dear editor.I have booked the Americas Western wonders tour in May, booking number XXXXXXX. Booked just over three weeks ago. I have yet to receive the details about my internal flights from Manchester , and the return flight to Manchester. I have booked many hols with JY and have never had to wait this long for this sort of confirmation. I have rung a few times without much success. Could you chivvy them along please as I need to sort out with friends the use of their taxi services, and they need quite a bit of notice. Many thanks.
