Hi Venetian,

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to take passport information etc. online and it is another thing our web team are working on developing at the moment. We do recommend, and highly appreciate, you ringing our Advisors to give us this information, as I am sure you can imagine, it would be pretty hectic if we had to call all of our travellers for this information.

We hope, as do you, that the feature to enter additional information will be up and running in the very near future.

Hi, I've just booked a JY holiday online (not for the first time).  Everything is fine, I've had the usual confirmations etc.  I do note however that your online booking form does not contain requests for certain information i.e. passport number, insurance details, name and address of person to contact in the UK:  I would have thought that such information was vital for a holiday booking? After I have booked I have never received a call, or any contact, from you in respect of this criteria and have called in with the information myself.   I don't mind making the call but perhaps the online booking form should contain some guidance in this respect?  Can you clarify please.
