I do hope the Sardinia hotel can be sorted. I have visited Sardinia several times from cruise ships, and would love to see more of the Island.

Mallorca is a lovely place did it with JY a few years back and this year had a week there independently. As good as anywhere for a sun break without too long flight. Palma is also a lovely city to visit.

Must agree with Val that the reviews I saw from Sardinia put me off going on this holiday. Sardinia is on my wish list and will be looking at future reviews with interest.

Hi Val,

Mallorca will be coming back for 2016, but the holiday creators are considering a few amends as we speak.

In regards to Sardinia, we’re always monitoring the performance of our hotels closely. We have used this hotel throughout 2014 without any problems - testimony of this is the good customer questionnaire results.

It's true that this year, because of a change in the hotel management, they have started the season with some operational issues. We believe the issues have now been resolved and we actually had a group come back yesterday. Whilst they were still out there we were in touch with the TM, and she has assured us that our customers were having a good and relaxing time in Sardinia. We’ll keep monitoring the situation and review accordingly if we receive any negative feedback in the future.

Are you concerned about anything specific, if so I will check this for you?

Hi the above holiday doesn't appear to be in the brochure for 2016, is it not available. Also Sardinia looks lovely but the reviews of the hotel are dreadful on trip advisor, is there any chance just you could check this out as it's another place that I was thinking of for next year. Regards Val
