I am booked on this holiday in September and have been reading other feedback on this site which is rather negative regarding the hotel and excursions. There are lots of comments that JU are looking into the feedback and would get back with a response.

I would be interested in knowing what action is being taken to ensure that us September travellers do not experience the same issues as the previous customers

How did you find this holiday last year as Im considering it for Sept but seen mixed reviews? Are there places to go nearby of an evening for a stroll and a drink?

Our Italian Product Planning Expert has been in personal contact with the hotel’s management and they have spent a lot of time reviewing every single point that was raised by our customer both on the forum and within any complaints that we have received.

The hotel have assured us that the issues will not be repeated in September, and given that we used the hotel throughout 2014 with not a single complaint, we are confident that they will meet our high standards.
