I have spoken to the team who look after the flights and they have confirmed that you can check in online and pre-book your seats as you have upgraded.

The paperwork you have received from us is general information that is sent out but in this case do not apply to you.

me again! A further query. I'm not clear whether I book in online with BA. I have emailed confirmation of my pre-booked seat in World Traveller Plus and the email from BA recommends I book in online. However, I notice in your final docs you say that as a group, online bookings are not possible. could you clarify for me, please.
