I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your confirmation - I have requested that a copy of your invoice is sent to you as a matter of urgency and a colleague has actioned this for me. Another colleague is sending out some additional information about your holiday today. This is being sent first class, please let me know if you have not received this at the beginning of next week.

Dear Julia

I have not yet received confirmation of payment for the above holiday. I paid the full amount by Credit Card for which a statement has now been received showing the transaction was made on ** May 2014 but I have not received an acknowledgement or any other documentation. My booking reference is A*******. The only information I received was a letter dated 30 April 2014 with an ATOL certificate before the booking had been confirmed.

Could you look into the matter please
