I'm sorry to learn that you did not receive this message. Your final documents are dispatched about 14 days before travel. Please do not be concerned, if there are any problems with your Visa, a member of the team would contact you.

In terms of numbers, there are 22 of you booked to travel on this departure. Ages of the group range from late-40s through to mid-80s.

I'm booked on this holiday departing on Oct 10th.

Can you give me an idea of how many people will be in the group, and also when I might expect to receive travel documents etc. I'm a little concerned that I've had no confirmation of my visa application, submitted in July!
