If you booked online, this should be almost instantaneous. If you called and booked you should receive a confirmation invoice within 7 days of booking. If you can let me know which tour you are booked on I can look into this for you.

I wondered how long it takes before I get a confirmation email for a booked holiday? The deposit has been taken from my account but I haven't received anything.
