Thanks for sending over your booking reference, the reason for the difference is that your connecting flight allows 23kg, where as your main flight is 20kg, we do recommend you adhere to the 20kg limit,

Just had my tickets for the Vietnam holiday in February.

On the travel itinerary the baggage limit is 20kg but on the next pages about the airlines it says we can have up to 23kg.

Please could you confirm which is correct.
