Thank you for your reply.

I did retry access to the JY site from work (you were right about being elsewhere) and succeeded, however not the same result from my home computer.

I took your email advice and it worked like a wizard - phew !

Possible that peoples` (and mine) individual computers need a regular `cookie clean-up`?
