I did receive thankyou, I have spoken to our customer services team and the adviser who took your booking, they are not aware of Skycaps as a company, did you book this independently?

I appear to be having problems with my computer again. I asked you a couple of days ago about Skycaps at Heathrow to help me get from terminals 5 to 3. You asked me for my booking reference - I sent it but I don't think it got to you!
