Thanks for getting in touch, your flight to Croatia is in fact to Ljubljana in Slovenia then transferring to Croatia, leaving at 13:15, were you advised it would be to Zagreb? If so this is incorrect and I apologise.

When you book over the phone you won't receive an email that is for online bookings only, you will receive confirmation through the post shortly however,

Thanks for the swift reply Ben.It did say Zagreb on the website and also the agent that I spoke to told me the same (he also told me I would receive an email confirmation). It is no longer available to look at on the website as I got the last place. Lucky me:) As long as I can now book a hotel at Stansted and not end up flying from Gatwick or some other airport in the country that's fine.
