Glad to have read this because I fly out on 1st May and haven't recieved mine either. Taking your advice I rang the number quoted and spoke to Lee. He said mine were sent out on 5th April. He is going to email my documentation to me. Bit of a pain as I havent got a printer but am hoping someone can print the documents out for me.

Panic over - tickets arrived today. I phoned the office at midday as they still hadn't arrived and was told that they had been posted out on 4th April but that they would resend them. Needless to say the postman turned up an hour later so I've phoned back to cancel the replacements. So - just a small hitch but otherwise no complaints so far. Many thanks, Sue.

Been waiting patiently for my holiday tickets - we're due to go on the SPIRIT OF INDIA trip on 28th April, today is the 18th and the tickets still haven't arrived.
