These excursions are pre-bookable so your letter was correct. I'm sorry about the confusion.

I think the holiday advisor may have been thinking of the Travelsphere version of this holiday, which does not currently have pre-bookable excursions.

One of my colleagues is going to give you a ring to take your booking for you, if you would still like to do these trips.

Received a letter dated 3rd Feb from JY including a list of excursions available Monschau £25 Cologne £35 which are bookable in resort or can be pre-booked, as prices are subject to change. Telephoned no. quoted, call was answered by Travelsphere rep. who said trips were not pre-bookable. Explained about letter said she would go and find out. After a few minutes of waiting I gave up. Can you give me any information please.
